Surprisingly, many properties are not designed well enough to be lived in long term, and we think that is a big problem.  You would think that if residential properties are being designed they would actually be designed so that you CAN live in them long term.  How many of us have walked into a property and made the comment that we like the property, if only this room had been a bit wider, or longer, or there had been a bit more light or air.  Ultimately we just walk away because the property just does not work.
